7月23日，越南工商联合会（VCCI）在河内举办 “破解瓶颈，推动木材深加工产业原料区可持续发展” 论坛，旨在为木材行业寻找可持续原料区发展的解决方案。
Ngày 23/7, Phòng Thương mại và Công nghiệp Việt Nam (VCCI) đã tổ chức diễn đàn “Giải tỏa nút thắt và thúc đẩy phát triển bền vững vùng nguyên liệu trong ngành công nghiệp chế biến sâu gỗ” tại Hà Nội, nhằm tìm giải pháp phát triển vùng nguyên liệu bền vững cho ngành gỗ.
越南工商联合会副主席裴忠义表示，经过近三十年的发展，越南木材加工业已成为出口主力产业之一，2025年出口额超过170亿美元，位居世界第五、亚洲第二，并在东南亚地区木材及木制品出口中领先。然而，下一阶段的增长空间将不再来自于生产规模的扩张，而必须依靠增长质量、生产率以及对市场新要求的适应能力。
Ông Bùi Trung Nguy, Phó Chủ tịch Liên đoàn Công Thương Việt Nam, cho biết sau gần ba thập kỷ phát triển, ngành chế biến gỗ Việt Nam đã trở thành một trong những ngành xuất khẩu chủ lực. Năm 2025, xuất khẩu sẽ vượt 17 tỷ USD, đứng thứ 5 thế giới và thứ 2 châu Á, dẫn đầu về xuất khẩu gỗ và sản phẩm gỗ ở Đông Nam Á. Tuy nhiên, dư địa tăng trưởng trong giai đoạn tiếp theo sẽ không còn đến từ việc mở rộng quy mô sản xuất mà phải dựa vào chất lượng tăng trưởng, năng suất và khả năng thích ứng với yêu cầu mới của thị trường.
裴忠义先生指出，为实现2030年出口额达250亿美元的目标，木材行业需从依赖进口原料和短期生物质的增长模式转向可持续林业模式，主动掌握原料来源，升级价值链，提高林地利用效率。发展可持续原料来源将帮助企业满足市场需求，减少对进口的依赖，提升竞争力。
Ông Pei Zhongyi chỉ ra, để đạt mục tiêu xuất khẩu đạt 25 tỷ USD vào năm 2030, ngành gỗ cần chuyển từ mô hình tăng trưởng dựa vào nguyên liệu nhập khẩu và sinh khối ngắn hạn sang mô hình lâm nghiệp bền vững, chủ động nắm bắt nguồn nguyên liệu, nâng cấp chuỗi giá trị, nâng cao hiệu quả sử dụng đất lâm nghiệp. Phát triển nguồn nguyên liệu bền vững sẽ giúp doanh nghiệp đáp ứng nhu cầu thị trường, giảm phụ thuộc vào nhập khẩu, nâng cao năng lực cạnh tranh.
在论坛上，越南木材与林产品协会秘书长吴士怀表示，在扩大人工林面积之后，林业需要集中精力提高木材质量和每立方米原料的价值。
Tại diễn đàn, bà Ng Thị Hoài, Tổng thư ký Hiệp hội Gỗ và Lâm sản Việt Nam, cho rằng sau khi mở rộng diện tích rừng nhân tạo, ngành lâm nghiệp cần tập trung nâng cao chất lượng gỗ và giá trị nguyên liệu trên mỗi mét khối.
从市场角度看，Control Union越南公司代表认为，企业不仅要证明原料来源的合法性，还要满足供应链中关于溯源、可持续森林管理和碳排放控制的要求。
Ở góc độ thị trường, đại diện Control Union Việt Nam cho rằng các công ty không chỉ phải chứng minh tính hợp pháp của nguồn nguyên liệu thô mà còn phải đáp ứng các yêu cầu về truy xuất nguồn gốc, quản lý rừng bền vững và kiểm soát lượng khí thải carbon trong chuỗi cung ứng.
专家们指出，木材行业需要大力推进技术革新，构建透明、可溯源的供应链，并大力转向大径材林种植，应用高产种苗和智慧林业。
Các chuyên gia chỉ ra rằng ngành gỗ cần thúc đẩy mạnh mẽ đổi mới công nghệ, xây dựng chuỗi cung ứng minh bạch, truy xuất nguồn gốc, đồng thời chuyển mạnh mẽ sang trồng rừng gỗ đường kính lớn, sử dụng cây giống năng suất cao và lâm nghiệp thông minh.
为助力木材行业实现可持续发展，MDF Mekong公司董事长段文井建议完善木屑出口政策以鼓励深加工，解决原料成本和行政审批方面的瓶颈，同时加强高产优质林业种苗的研发，以满足深加工和可持续发展的要求。（完）
Để giúp ngành gỗ phát triển bền vững, ông Duan Wenjing, Chủ tịch Công ty MDF Mekong, đề xuất cải thiện chính sách xuất khẩu dăm gỗ nhằm khuyến khích chế biến sâu, giải quyết các nút thắt về chi phí nguyên liệu và phê duyệt hành chính, đồng thời tăng cường nghiên cứu phát triển cây giống lâm nghiệp năng suất, chất lượng cao đáp ứng yêu cầu chế biến sâu và phát triển bền vững.
