据越通社报道，越南代表团指出，东盟和欧盟作为两大重要区域组织，在维护和平稳定、坚持多边主义和国际法方面拥有共同责任与共同利益，双方合作应继续在相互信任、相互理解和相互尊重的基础上不断深化。
Theo Thông tấn xã Việt Nam, phái đoàn Việt Nam chỉ ra rằng ASEAN và EU, với tư cách là hai tổ chức khu vực quan trọng, có trách nhiệm và lợi ích chung trong việc duy trì hòa bình, ổn định, tuân thủ chủ nghĩa đa phương và luật pháp quốc tế. Hợp tác giữa hai bên cần tiếp tục đi vào chiều sâu trên cơ sở tin cậy, hiểu biết lẫn nhau và tôn trọng lẫn nhau.
越方建议，双方应优先提升区域韧性，加强能源项目合作与融资支持，深化在打击非法、不报告和不受管制（IUU）捕捞方面的协作，促进海洋经济实现自主、绿色和可持续发展。同时，加快推动《东盟—欧盟全面航空运输协定》的批准与实施，进一步拓展数字经济和数字贸易领域的合作空间。
Việt Nam đề nghị hai bên ưu tiên nâng cao khả năng phục hồi của khu vực, tăng cường hợp tác và hỗ trợ tài chính cho các dự án năng lượng, tăng cường hợp tác trong chống đánh bắt cá bất hợp pháp, không báo cáo và không theo quy định (IUU), thúc đẩy sự phát triển độc lập, xanh và bền vững của nền kinh tế biển. Đồng thời, chúng ta sẽ đẩy nhanh việc phê chuẩn và thực thi Hiệp định Vận tải Hàng không Toàn diện ASEAN-EU và mở rộng hơn nữa không gian hợp tác trong lĩnh vực kinh tế số và thương mại số.
作为2026年东盟—欧盟经济关系协调国及《全面与进步跨太平洋伙伴关系协定》（CPTPP）主席国的越南表示愿积极发挥桥梁作用，推动东盟—欧盟合作与CPTPP形成协同互补效应，为区域经济合作开拓更广阔空间。
Với tư cách là điều phối viên quan hệ kinh tế ASEAN-EU vào năm 2026 và là Chủ tịch Hiệp định Đối tác Toàn diện và Tiến bộ xuyên Thái Bình Dương (CPTPP), Việt Nam bày tỏ sẵn sàng tích cực đóng vai trò cầu nối thúc đẩy hợp tác ASEAN-EU và CPTPP để tạo thành hiệu ứng tổng hợp, bổ trợ cho nhau, mở ra không gian rộng lớn hơn cho hợp tác kinh tế khu vực.
越南同时呼吁双方加强协调配合，深化对话沟通，增进战略互信，共同维护多边主义和国际法，并在危机预防、应对和管理及海上安全保障等领域强化能力建设，为地区及世界的和平、稳定与可持续发展作出积极贡献。
