Việt Nam đang trở thành một trong những thị trường chiến lược quan trọng của ngành khí công nghiệp Đông Nam Á, đồng thời đẩy mạnh thực hiện các mục tiêu tăng trưởng xanh và giảm phát thải carbon. 德国梅塞尔（Messer）集团东南亚地区首席运营官安东尼·格兰皮埃尔（Anthony Grandpierre）在接受媒体记者采访时表示，越南是梅塞尔在东南亚地区最重要的市场之一。该集团在越南建立了较为坚实的业务基础。随着市场对低排放工业气体解决方案的需求不断增长，梅塞尔希望进一步增加低排放氢气供应，以满足该领域客户日益增长的需求。

Anthony Grandpierre, giám đốc điều hành của Tập đoàn Messer Đức tại Đông Nam Á, cho biết trong một cuộc phỏng vấn với các phóng viên truyền thông rằng Việt Nam là một trong những thị trường quan trọng nhất của Messer tại Đông Nam Á. Tập đoàn đã thiết lập được nền tảng kinh doanh tương đối vững chắc tại Việt Nam. Khi nhu cầu thị trường về các giải pháp khí công nghiệp phát thải thấp tiếp tục tăng, Messer hy vọng sẽ tăng thêm nguồn cung cấp hydro phát thải thấp để đáp ứng nhu cầu ngày càng tăng của khách hàng trong lĩnh vực này.

Việc xây dựng hệ thống phát điện năng lượng mặt trời trên mái nhà ngay từ đầu để sản xuất hydro phát thải thấp cũng là biện pháp quan trọng để từng bước thúc đẩy sự phát triển của nền kinh tế hydro của Việt Nam".

安东尼·格兰皮埃尔先生指出，绿氢被视为能源转型的重要解决方案之一。要推动低排放氢气发展，首先需要具备稳定且成本合理的可再生能源供应。此外，还需要建立直接购电协议机制（DPPA）以及完善的基础设施，以支持氢气的生产、运输和配送。

Ông Antoine Grandpierre lưu ý hydro xanh được xem là một trong những giải pháp quan trọng cho quá trình chuyển đổi năng lượng. Để thúc đẩy sự phát triển của hydro phát thải thấp, trước tiên chúng ta cần có nguồn cung cấp năng lượng tái tạo ổn định và giá cả phải chăng. Ngoài ra, cần có cơ chế thỏa thuận mua bán điện trực tiếp (DPPA) và cơ sở hạ tầng hợp lý để hỗ trợ sản xuất, vận chuyển và phân phối hydro.

安东尼·格兰皮埃尔先生透露，梅塞尔近日公布了在胡志明市盖梅工业园区投建工业气体生产厂计划。该项目由梅塞尔与越南国家石油与天然气集团（Petrovietnam）旗下PVChem合资建设，总投资额为3700万美元。该工厂设计年产能20万吨，预计于2026年第三季度开工建设，并于2028年第三季度投入商业运营。

Ông Antoine Grandpierre tiết lộ, Messer mới đây công bố kế hoạch xây dựng nhà máy sản xuất khí công nghiệp tại Khu công nghiệp Cái Mễ, TP.HCM. Dự án là liên doanh giữa Messer và PVChem, công ty con của Petrovietnam, với tổng vốn đầu tư 37 triệu USD. Nhà máy có công suất thiết kế hàng năm là 200.000 tấn, dự kiến khởi công xây dựng vào quý 3 năm 2026 và đi vào vận hành thương mại vào quý 3 năm 2028.

Điều đáng chú ý là dự án sẽ tận dụng năng lượng lạnh thu hồi được trong quá trình tái hóa khí khí tự nhiên hóa lỏng (LNG), có thể giảm mức tiêu thụ điện khoảng 50% so với quy trình sản xuất truyền thống. Điều này không chỉ làm giảm đáng kể lượng khí thải carbon của sản phẩm mà còn giúp các công ty sử dụng khí công nghiệp giảm lượng khí thải carbon dioxide (CO₂) trong quá trình sản xuất.
