Ngày 23/7, Hiệp hội Ngoại giao Công chúng Trung Quốc đã tổ chức hội nghị chuyên đề tại Bắc Kinh với chủ đề “Kỷ niệm 105 năm thành lập Đảng Cộng sản Trung Quốc: Lịch sử, kinh nghiệm và đóng góp cho thế giới”.
座谈会上，中共中央党校党建教研部郑寰教授在回答越通社驻北京记者关于当前中国共产党与越南共产党关系的提问时表示，中越两党关系十分密切，这一关系被称为“同志加兄弟”。特别是越共中央总书记、国家主席苏林于今年4月对中国进行国事访问后，两党两国在进一步加强中越命运共同体建设方面取得了新的进展，实现了新的创新。
Tại hội thảo, Giáo sư Zheng Huân, Ban Giảng dạy và Nghiên cứu Xây dựng Đảng, Trường Đảng Trung ương Đảng Cộng sản Trung Quốc, khi trả lời câu hỏi của phóng viên Thông tấn xã Việt Nam tại Bắc Kinh về mối quan hệ hiện nay giữa Đảng Cộng sản Trung Quốc và Đảng Cộng sản Việt Nam, cho biết, mối quan hệ giữa hai đảng rất khăng khít, mối quan hệ này được gọi là “đồng chí anh em”. Đặc biệt sau khi Tổng Bí thư Ban Chấp hành Trung ương Đảng Cộng sản Việt Nam và Chủ tịch nước Tô Lâm thăm cấp nhà nước tới Trung Quốc vào tháng 4 năm nay, hai đảng, hai nước đã đạt được những tiến bộ mới, đạt được những đổi mới mới trong việc tăng cường hơn nữa việc xây dựng cộng đồng Trung Quốc - Việt Nam cùng chia sẻ tương lai.
郑寰教授表示：“我们也特别注意今年召开的越共十四大。大会对越南革新40年来的各项创新实践和历史经验作了很好的总结，并提出了一系列重大理论创新，包括对革新整体理论以及社会主义定向市场经济等作出许多新的阐述。我认为，两党之间的深厚友谊，与双方基于社会主义共同理想开展的长期交往密不可分。”
Giáo sư Zheng Huân cho biết: "Chúng tôi cũng đặc biệt quan tâm đến Đại hội đại biểu toàn quốc lần thứ 14 của Đảng Cộng sản Việt Nam được tổ chức trong năm nay. Hội nghị đã tổng kết tốt những thực tiễn đổi mới, kinh nghiệm lịch sử trong 40 năm đổi mới của Việt Nam, đề xuất một loạt đổi mới lý luận lớn, trong đó có nhiều đóng góp mới về lý luận tổng thể về cải cách và kinh tế thị trường định hướng xã hội chủ nghĩa. Tôi tin rằng tình hữu nghị sâu sắc giữa hai đảng không thể tách rời khỏi những trao đổi lâu dài giữa hai đảng dựa trên lý tưởng chung về chủ nghĩa xã hội."
这位中国学者表示，中越两党在管党治党、治国理政经验交流方面，有许多可以相互学习、相互借鉴之处。两党之间的交流十分直接，特别是在党的创新理论和当前许多政策制定方面，双方可以互学互鉴。
Học giả Trung Quốc cho rằng, hai đảng Trung Quốc và Việt Nam có nhiều điều cần học hỏi lẫn nhau trong việc trao đổi kinh nghiệm quản lý đảng, quản lý nhà nước. Sự trao đổi giữa hai bên rất trực tiếp, đặc biệt là về lý luận đổi mới của Đảng và nhiều đường lối chính sách hiện hành, hai bên có thể học hỏi lẫn nhau.
郑寰教授说：“我们也从越南共产党身上学到了很多好的东西。因此，我认为，未来特别是在越共十四大之后，在两党两国高层领导人保持密切交往的推动下，双方一定能够将两党之间的务实合作和互学互鉴推向更加深入的阶段，也将使两国合作更加具体、更加务实。”（完）

Vì vậy, tôi tin rằng trong tương lai, đặc biệt là sau Đại hội 14 Đảng Cộng sản Việt Nam, được thúc đẩy bởi sự trao đổi chặt chẽ giữa lãnh đạo cấp cao hai đảng và hai nước, hai bên chắc chắn sẽ có thể thúc đẩy mối quan hệ hợp tác thực chất, học hỏi lẫn nhau giữa hai đảng lên một giai đoạn sâu sắc hơn, qua đó, cũng sẽ làm cho quan hệ hợp tác giữa hai nước trở nên cụ thể và thực dụng hơn”.
