2026年夏季青年志愿服务行动吸引93名正在就读于胡志明市各所高等院校的国际大学生（48名马来西亚大学生和45名印度尼西亚、柬埔寨和老挝大学生）。
Hoạt động phục vụ thanh niên tình nguyện hè 2026 đã thu hút 93 sinh viên đại học quốc tế (48 sinh viên đại học Malaysia và 45 sinh viên đại học Indonesia, Campuchia và Lào) đang theo học tại nhiều cơ sở giáo dục đại học khác nhau ở Thành phố Hồ Chí Minh.
中美西坊党委书记、人民议会主席阮氏玉缘在仪式上发言时指出，经过30多年的发展，“夏季青年志愿服务行动已成为胡志明市青年一项亮丽的品牌活动，是青年锻炼自我、服务社会、传播积极价值的重要平台。她表示，地方政府高度珍视各高等院校、青年组织的支持与同行，特别是马来西亚学生代表团已跨越地域、语言和文化差异，来到中美西坊参与各项志愿服务活动。
Phát biểu tại buổi lễ, bà Nguyễn Thị Ngọc Yuen, Bí thư Đảng ủy Xifang Trung-Mỹ, Chủ tịch Quốc hội chỉ ra rằng, sau hơn 30 năm phát triển, “Hành động phục vụ thanh niên tình nguyện mùa hè đã trở thành một hoạt động thương hiệu sáng đối với thanh niên TP.HCM và là nền tảng quan trọng để thanh niên rèn luyện bản thân, phục vụ xã hội và lan tỏa những giá trị tích cực”. Bà nói rằng chính quyền địa phương đánh giá cao sự hỗ trợ và đồng nghiệp của các tổ chức giáo dục đại học và thanh niên khác nhau, đặc biệt là phái đoàn sinh viên Malaysia, những người đã vượt qua sự khác biệt về khu vực, ngôn ngữ và văn hóa để đến Xifang Trung-Mỹ để tham gia các hoạt động dịch vụ tình nguyện khác nhau.
阮氏玉缘女士表示，国际学生的参与不仅为各项社区志愿服务活动注入了力量，也成为增进越南与马来西亚青年友谊的重要桥梁。通过参与志愿服务，两国青年有机会深入交流，相互学习，增进了解，共同弘扬团结协作、服务社区的精神。
Bà Nguyễn Thị Ngọc Yuen cho biết, sự tham gia của sinh viên quốc tế không chỉ tiếp thêm sức mạnh cho nhiều hoạt động tình nguyện phục vụ cộng đồng mà còn trở thành cầu nối quan trọng nâng cao tình hữu nghị giữa thanh niên Việt Nam và Malaysia. Thông qua việc tham gia các hoạt động tình nguyện, thanh niên hai nước có cơ hội giao lưu chuyên sâu, học hỏi lẫn nhau, nâng cao hiểu biết và cùng nhau phát huy tinh thần đoàn kết, hợp tác và phục vụ cộng đồng.
自2012年以来，隶属于马来西亚国家团结部的学生志愿者基金会（YSS）已派遣400多名学生赴胡志明市参加各类志愿服务活动。今年，48名马来西亚学生继续参与夏季青年志愿服务行动，其中15名学生参与中美西坊的志愿服务活动。
Từ năm 2012, Quỹ Sinh viên Tình nguyện (YSS), trực thuộc Bộ Đoàn kết Dân tộc Malaysia, đã cử hơn 400 sinh viên đến Thành phố Hồ Chí Minh để tham gia nhiều hoạt động tình nguyện khác nhau. Năm nay, 48 sinh viên Malaysia tiếp tục tham gia các hoạt động tình nguyện thanh niên mùa hè, trong đó có 15 người tham gia các hoạt động tình nguyện miền Tây Trung-Mỹ.
在近一个月时间里，15名马来西亚志愿者将与胡志明市国家大学下属经济与法律大学与国际大学学生志愿服务队以及当地共青团员、青年携手开展多项志愿活动，包括为少年儿童免费开设英语和信息技术培训班，参与暑期主题活动和“我是小战士”项目，走访慰问优抚政策家庭；建设药用植物园，为优抚政策家庭修缮住房等。
Trong tháng qua, 15 tình nguyện viên Malaysia sẽ phối hợp với các đội sinh viên tình nguyện của Trường Đại học Kinh tế - Luật, Đại học Quốc tế thuộc Đại học Quốc gia TP.HCM và các đoàn viên, thanh niên Cộng sản địa phương thực hiện một số hoạt động tình nguyện như mở lớp dạy tiếng Anh và công nghệ thông tin miễn phí cho trẻ em, tham gia các hoạt động chủ đề mùa hè và dự án “Tôi là chiến binh nhỏ”, thăm các gia đình chính sách chăm sóc đặc biệt, xây dựng vườn thực vật dược liệu, sửa chữa nhà cho các gia đình có chính sách chăm sóc đặc biệt…
除志愿服务活动外，学生们还将参加文化、体育交流活动，品尝两国特色美食，参与“东盟日”（ASEAN Day）活动，为增进越南与马来西亚青年之间的相互了解与友谊，加强彼此联系作出积极贡献。
Ngoài các hoạt động phục vụ tình nguyện, sinh viên còn được tham gia các hoạt động giao lưu văn hóa, thể thao, thưởng thức đặc sản hai nước, tham gia các hoạt động “Ngày ASEAN”, góp phần tích cực vào việc tăng cường hiểu biết lẫn nhau, tình hữu nghị giữa thanh niên Việt Nam và Malaysia, tăng cường mối quan hệ giữa hai nước.
按计划，在2026年夏季青年志愿服务行动期间，93名国际学生将于7月22日至8月14日期间分赴胡志明市多个地方参加志愿服务活动。（完）
