除了开展寻根文化项目外，潘氏琼庄女士还特别注重将现代科技应用于越南语教学中。CVCEC正在构建结合人工智能（AI）的在线越南语学校模式，打破地理距离障碍，为旅居加拿大各地的越南人社群提供灵活的学习条件。
Ngoài việc thực hiện các dự án văn hóa tìm cội nguồn, bà Phan Thị Quọng Trang còn đặc biệt quan tâm đến việc ứng dụng công nghệ hiện đại trong giảng dạy tiếng Việt. CVCEC đang xây dựng mô hình trường học trực tuyến Việt Nam kết hợp trí tuệ nhân tạo (AI) để phá bỏ rào cản khoảng cách địa lý và cung cấp điều kiện học tập linh hoạt cho cộng đồng người Việt sinh sống trên khắp Canada.
潘氏琼庄女士的另一项突出项目是旨在提升越裔青少年领导能力与社会参与能力的“越南青年就绪中心”（Viet Youth Readiness Hub）项目。2026年，该项目入选多伦多大学旗下单位的“引领城市变革”（Leading Urban Change）计划。借助该项目，越裔青年得以深入了解城市发展、教育、科技及社区治理等议题，致力于构建一个兼具知识与技能、愿为当地社会及祖国做出贡献的青年网络。
Một dự án nổi bật khác của bà Phùa Thị Quong Trang là dự án “Trung tâm Sẵn sàng Thanh niên Việt” nhằm nâng cao khả năng lãnh đạo và hòa nhập xã hội của thanh niên Việt Nam. Năm 2026, dự án được chọn tham gia chương trình “Dẫn đầu sự thay đổi đô thị” của một đơn vị trực thuộc Đại học Toronto. Với sự hỗ trợ của dự án này, thanh niên Việt Nam có thể hiểu biết sâu sắc về các vấn đề như phát triển đô thị, giáo dục, khoa học công nghệ và quản trị cộng đồng, đồng thời cam kết xây dựng mạng lưới thanh niên có kiến thức, kỹ năng và sẵn sàng đóng góp cho xã hội địa phương và quê hương.
值得一提的是，CVCEC还与加拿大政府机关、议员及相关组织保持着非正式对话渠道，旨在反映旅加越裔社区的心声与诉求，同时推动两国在文化、教育及学术领域的交流与合作。
Điều đáng nói, CVCEC còn duy trì các kênh đối thoại không chính thức với các cơ quan chính phủ, nghị sĩ và tổ chức liên quan của Canada, nhằm phản ánh tiếng nói và yêu cầu của cộng đồng người Việt tại Canada, đồng thời thúc đẩy trao đổi, hợp tác giữa hai nước trên các lĩnh vực văn hóa, giáo dục và học thuật.
