该比赛由莫斯科新闻工作者协会与莫斯科市政府、莫斯科海外俄罗斯人之家以及莫斯科市对外经济与国际关系局联合主办，是“俄语——致力于和平与友谊、对话与合作！”项目框架内开展的一项活动。
Cuộc thi do Hiệp hội Nhà báo Mátxcơva phối hợp với Chính quyền thành phố Mátxcơva, Nhà người Nga ở nước ngoài và Cục Kinh tế đối ngoại và Quan hệ quốc tế thành phố Mátxcơva tổ chức như một hoạt động trong khuôn khổ dự án “Tiếng Nga - vì hòa bình và hữu nghị, đối thoại và hợp tác!”
本次比赛吸引了来自26个国家的广播电视台、新闻媒体、新闻通讯社、数字媒体平台、博主、学生以及俄语使用者群体参加，其中包括越南、乌兹别克斯坦、塞尔维亚、希腊、埃及、土耳其、法国、斯洛伐克、突尼斯等国家的代表，以及俄罗斯联邦20个城市的选手。
Cuộc thi thu hút sự tham gia của các đài phát thanh, truyền hình, thông tấn xã, cơ quan thông tấn, nền tảng truyền thông kỹ thuật số, blogger, sinh viên và các nhóm nói tiếng Nga đến từ 26 quốc gia, bao gồm đại diện đến từ Việt Nam, Uzbekistan, Serbia, Hy Lạp, Ai Cập, Thổ Nhĩ Kỳ, Pháp, Slovakia, Tunisia và các nước khác, cũng như các thí sinh đến từ 20 thành phố của Liên bang Nga.
颁奖仪式在海外俄罗斯人国际媒体论坛期间于7月14日举行。本届论坛以“21世纪新闻业——竞争与团结，俄语连接人们！”为主题。
Lễ trao giải được tổ chức vào ngày 14 tháng 7 trong Diễn đàn truyền thông quốc tế của người Nga ở nước ngoài. Chủ đề của diễn đàn này là "Báo chí trong thế kỷ 21 - Cạnh tranh và đoàn kết, tiếng Nga kết nối mọi người!"
论坛汇聚了新闻工作者、学者、语言专家以及多家国际媒体代表，围绕着在全球范围内推广俄语面临的挑战与发展前景，以及新闻媒体在促进国际对话与合作中的作用等议题进行深入讨论。
Diễn đàn quy tụ các nhà báo, học giả, chuyên gia ngôn ngữ và đại diện của một số cơ quan truyền thông quốc tế để tiến hành thảo luận chuyên sâu về những thách thức và triển vọng phát triển trong việc quảng bá tiếng Nga trên phạm vi toàn cầu, cũng như vai trò của các phương tiện thông tin đại chúng trong việc thúc đẩy đối thoại và hợp tác quốc tế.
该奖项充分肯定了越南《人民报》通过数字平台上的俄文新闻产品，为推广俄语、提升对外宣传工作成效以及加强越南与俄罗斯之间的人文交流等方面所作出的积极贡献。
Giải thưởng này ghi nhận đầy đủ những đóng góp tích cực của Báo Nhân dân Việt Nam trong việc quảng bá tiếng Nga, nâng cao hiệu quả tuyên truyền đối ngoại, tăng cường giao lưu nhân dân và giao lưu văn hóa giữa Việt Nam và Nga thông qua các sản phẩm tin tức Nga trên nền tảng kỹ thuật số.
