Để bảo vệ các di sản địa chất, giá trị văn hóa, đa dạng sinh học độc đáo, đồng thời phát triển hiệu quả tiềm năng du lịch bền vững, tỉnh Lâm Đồng đang triển khai một số biện pháp tăng cường quản lý, bảo vệ và phát triển Công viên địa chất toàn cầu UNESCO Đồ Nông sau khi hoàn tất việc điều chỉnh địa giới hành chính.

多农世界地质公园面积约4760平方公里，拥有近50个玄武岩火山洞穴系统，被评价为东南亚最长、最独特的火山洞穴系统之一，同时还拥有众多古火山口、瀑布、天然湖泊以及多民族独具特色的历史与文化价值。该地质公园被视为自然与人类和谐共生的典范，也是越南致力于实现可持续发展目标的象征。

Công viên địa chất toàn cầu Donon có diện tích khoảng 4.760 km2 và có gần 50 hệ thống hang động núi lửa bazan. Nơi đây được đánh giá là một trong những hệ thống hang động núi lửa dài nhất và độc đáo nhất Đông Nam Á. Nơi đây còn có nhiều miệng núi lửa cổ, thác nước, hồ tự nhiên và những giá trị lịch sử, văn hóa độc đáo của nhiều dân tộc. Công viên địa chất được coi là ví dụ về sự chung sống hài hòa giữa thiên nhiên và con người và là biểu tượng cho cam kết của Việt Nam trong việc đạt được các mục tiêu phát triển bền vững.

林同省人民委员会副主席丁文俊表示，为在新阶段有效发挥地质公园价值，省人民委员会颁布了多农UNESCO世界地质公园管理、保护和发展规章。该规章依据越南法律规定和UNESCO标准与建议制定，为将遗产保护与经济社会可持续发展相结合提供了重要的法律框架。

Ông Đinh Văn Tuấn, Phó Chủ tịch UBND tỉnh Lâm Đồng cho biết, để khai thác có hiệu quả giá trị của Công viên địa chất trong giai đoạn mới, UBND tỉnh đã ban hành quy chế quản lý, bảo vệ và phát triển Công viên địa chất toàn cầu UNESCO Đồ Nông. Các quy định này được xây dựng phù hợp với các quy định pháp luật của Việt Nam cũng như các tiêu chuẩn và khuyến nghị của UNESCO, cung cấp khuôn khổ pháp lý quan trọng để lồng ghép bảo vệ di sản với phát triển kinh tế và xã hội bền vững.

为确保遗产保护规定的有效执行，省人民委员会要求各厅局和地方加强检查监督，及时发现、处理损害遗产、影响地质公园区域内景观、环境和生物多样性的行为。同时，加大宣传教育力度，提高社区对保护和发挥地质公园价值的认识。

Để bảo đảm thực hiện hiệu quả các quy định bảo vệ di sản, UBND tỉnh yêu cầu các sở, ngành, địa phương tăng cường kiểm tra, giám sát nhằm phát hiện, xử lý kịp thời các hành vi xâm hại di sản, ảnh hưởng đến cảnh quan, môi trường, đa dạng sinh học trong khu vực Công viên địa chất. Đồng thời, các nỗ lực tuyên truyền và giáo dục sẽ được tăng cường để nâng cao nhận thức của cộng đồng về việc bảo vệ và giá trị của công viên địa chất.

在实现保护任务的同时，林同省注重通过发展地质旅游、生态旅游和社区旅游来开发地质公园的潜力。区域内的投资、基础设施建设和旅游产品开发项目须确保不损害遗产价值、景观和自然环境。

Trong khi thực hiện sứ mệnh bảo tồn, tỉnh Lâm Đồng tập trung phát triển tiềm năng của công viên địa chất thông qua phát triển du lịch địa chất, du lịch sinh thái và du lịch cộng đồng. Các dự án đầu tư, xây dựng cơ sở hạ tầng, phát triển sản phẩm du lịch trong vùng phải bảo đảm giá trị di sản, cảnh quan và môi trường tự nhiên không bị tổn hại.

根据省的规划方向，多农UNESCO世界地质公园的发展遵循“发展为了保护、保护为了发展”的原则，符合UNESCO全球地质公园网络的标准。其中，鼓励发展社区旅游模式、特色产品、传统手工艺和当地文化价值，以创造就业、增收并为当地民众建立可持续生计。

Theo định hướng quy hoạch của tỉnh, việc phát triển Công viên địa chất toàn cầu UNESCO Duonong tuân theo nguyên tắc “phát triển để bảo vệ và bảo vệ để phát triển” và tuân thủ các tiêu chuẩn của mạng lưới Công viên địa chất toàn cầu UNESCO. Trong đó, khuyến khích phát triển các mô hình du lịch cộng đồng, sản phẩm đặc sản, thủ công mỹ nghệ truyền thống và các giá trị văn hóa địa phương nhằm tạo việc làm, tăng thu nhập, thiết lập sinh kế bền vững cho người dân địa phương.

与此同时，林同省将调动国家财政、社会化资金、国际合作及其他合法资源，服务于遗产保护传承工作。另外，省人民委员会责成文化体育与旅游厅作为牵头机构，负责咨询、协调地质公园的管理、保护和开发工作，同时根据UNESCO要求，准备各项服务于重新评审工作的内容。

Đồng thời, tỉnh Lâm Đồng sẽ huy động tài chính quốc gia, quỹ xã hội, hợp tác quốc tế và các nguồn lực pháp lý khác để phục vụ công tác bảo vệ và kế thừa di sản. Ngoài ra, UBND tỉnh giao Sở Văn hóa, Thể thao và Du lịch làm cơ quan chủ trì tư vấn, điều phối công tác quản lý, bảo vệ và phát triển Công viên địa chất, chuẩn bị các dịch vụ phục vụ công tác tái đánh giá theo yêu cầu của UNESCO.
