根据市人民委员会主席新颁布的指示，各厅局和基层政府不得对困难掉以轻心，须强力同步激活传统增长动力和新兴增长动力。

Theo chỉ đạo mới ban hành của Chủ tịch UBND thành phố, các sở, ban, ngành và chính quyền cơ sở không được xem nhẹ khó khăn mà phải kích hoạt mạnh mẽ đồng thời các động lực tăng trưởng truyền thống và mới nổi.

今年前四个月，首都经济释放诸多积极信号：第一季度地区生产总值增长近7.9%；工业、服务业、旅游业及财政收入均保持可观增长。然而，多项指标仍未达预期，尤其是出口、民间资金调动及基建瓶颈解决进度等方面。

Trong 4 tháng đầu năm nay, kinh tế Thủ đô phát ra nhiều tín hiệu tích cực: GDP khu vực quý I tăng gần 7,9%; công nghiệp, dịch vụ, du lịch và doanh thu tài chính đều duy trì mức tăng trưởng đáng kể. Tuy nhiên, nhiều chỉ số vẫn chưa đạt kỳ vọng, đặc biệt là về xuất khẩu, huy động vốn tư nhân và tiến độ giải quyết các điểm nghẽn về cơ sở hạ tầng.

为实现全年目标，河内要求接下来的几个季度必须实现非常高的增速。城市确定公共投资将继续扮演拉动引擎角色，集中加速推进诸如环路、城市铁路及七座红河大桥等重点项目。同时，河内还将推动新的增长空间，吸引高科技外资，并落实2026年《首都法》。

Để đạt mục tiêu cả năm, Hà Nội yêu cầu tốc độ tăng trưởng rất cao trong những quý tới. Thành phố xác định đầu tư công tiếp tục giữ vai trò động lực, tập trung đẩy nhanh các dự án trọng điểm như đường vành đai, đường sắt đô thị và 7 cầu sông Hồng. Đồng thời, Hà Nội cũng sẽ thúc đẩy không gian tăng trưởng mới, thu hút đầu tư nước ngoài công nghệ cao và thực thi Luật Thủ đô 2026.
