Trong không khí thiêng liêng, đồng chí Trần Duy Đông, Ủy viên dự khuyết Trung ương Đảng Cộng sản Việt Nam, Phó Bí thư Tỉnh ủy Phú Thọ, Chủ tịch UBND tỉnh, trụ trì Lễ tế Hùng Vương năm Bính Ngọ 2026, đã đọc thông điệp chúc mừng.
祝文强调，在我国民族建国与卫国的悠久历史长河中，凭借团结传统和浓烈的爱国情怀，一代又一代雒鸿子孙接续奋斗，经历了无数艰难险阻与挑战；创造了辉煌的奇迹，开创了独立基业，守护了祖国山河，保护了国家主权并捍卫了国家与民族的利益。继承民族英雄历史、文化、文明与文献的传统，在过去的96年里，越南共产党领导我国人民高度发扬大团结力量和革命英雄精神；在建设和保卫越南社会主义祖国的事业中取得了伟大胜利，在民族光辉历史上留下了鲜明的印记。
Zhu Wen nhấn mạnh, trong lịch sử lâu dài dựng nước và giữ nước của dân tộc, dựa vào truyền thống đoàn kết, lòng yêu nước mãnh liệt, các thế hệ con cháu của Luo Hong đã tiếp tục đấu tranh, trải qua vô số gian khổ, thử thách; họ đã làm nên những kỳ tích vẻ vang, lập nền độc lập, bảo vệ non sông quê hương, bảo vệ chủ quyền quốc gia, bảo vệ lợi ích của đất nước, dân tộc. Kế thừa truyền thống anh hùng dân tộc về lịch sử, văn hóa, văn minh, văn học, 96 năm qua, Đảng Cộng sản Việt Nam đã lãnh đạo nhân dân ta phát huy cao độ sức mạnh đại đoàn kết và tinh thần anh hùng cách mạng; đã đạt được những thắng lợi to lớn trong sự nghiệp xây dựng và bảo vệ Tổ quốc Việt Nam xã hội chủ nghĩa, để lại dấu ấn rõ nét trong lịch sử vẻ vang của dân tộc.
在上庙举行上香仪式以及在雄王陵敬献鲜花和进香后，苏林总书记、国家主席与现场群众进行了亲切交流。苏林总书记、国家主席分享道，雄王祭祖日是一个非常特殊的日子。这是每一位越南人缅怀开国功臣——各位雄王，铭记国母欧姬、国祖雒龙君，以及纪念无数先辈付出汗水、鲜血与智慧去开荒拓土、建村立国、守护疆土并培植文明文献时刻。
Sau khi tổ chức lễ dâng hương tại chùa và đặt hoa, dâng hương tại Lăng Hùng Vương, Tổng Bí thư, Chủ tịch nước Su Lin đã có những buổi giao lưu thân mật với người dân có mặt. Tổng Bí thư, Chủ tịch nước Tô Lâm chia sẻ, Ngày cúng tổ tiên Hùng Vương là một ngày vô cùng đặc biệt. Đây là thời khắc để mỗi người Việt Nam tưởng nhớ các vị anh hùng lập nước, các vị vua, người mẹ nước Âu Kiều, vị tổ nước Lạc Long Quân và vô số tiền nhân đã cống hiến mồ hôi, máu và trí tuệ để khai hoang, xây dựng làng quê, xây dựng đất nước, bảo vệ lãnh thổ và vun đắp văn hiến.
苏林总书记、国家主席建议各级党委、政府、祖国阵线和各群众团体继续倾听民意，与群众开展对话，解决群众之所需、之所忧、之所盼。基层干部必须做到“让民懂、使民信”，同群众一起排忧解难。针对少数民族地区、山区和困难地区，政策必须落实到村、到户、到人；资源必须用在刀刃上、实处上；工作成效必须以人民生活的实实在在改变为衡量标准。
Tổng Bí thư, Chủ tịch nước Tô Lâm đề nghị các cấp ủy đảng, chính quyền, Mặt trận Tổ quốc và các đoàn thể các cấp tiếp tục lắng nghe dư luận, đối thoại với quần chúng để giải quyết những nhu cầu, lo lắng, mong đợi của họ. Cán bộ cơ sở phải “để dân hiểu, tin” và cùng quần chúng giải quyết vấn đề. Đối với vùng dân tộc thiểu số, miền núi, vùng khó khăn, phải thực hiện chính sách đến tận thôn, hộ gia đình và người dân; nguồn lực phải được sử dụng một cách khôn ngoan và thiết thực; hiệu quả công việc phải được đo lường bằng những thay đổi thực sự trong đời sống con người.
