截至3月8日上午10点，各岛上的提前选举安全、按规定进行。部分投票点已完成投票。部分选举组仍在继续按规定迎接在海上捕捞的渔民选民投票，直至晚上七点结束。投票时间结束后，票箱将被清点并移交至大陆。
Tính đến 10h ngày 8/3, cuộc bầu cử sớm trên mỗi đảo đã diễn ra an toàn, đúng quy định. Việc bỏ phiếu đã hoàn tất tại một số địa điểm bỏ phiếu. Một số tổ bầu cử vẫn tiếp tục đón ngư dân đánh cá trên biển đi bỏ phiếu theo yêu cầu, đến 19h cuối ngày. Sau khi thời gian bỏ phiếu kết thúc, các thùng phiếu sẽ được kiểm phiếu và bàn giao cho đất liền.
长沙特区20个提前投票点的特别之处在于，鉴于渔民在渔场作业的特殊性，将设有流动投票组，将投票箱送至正在执勤点站岗和渔船上的选民手中。
Điều đặc biệt ở 20 điểm bỏ phiếu sớm ở quận Trường Sa là, trước tính chất đặc biệt trong hoạt động của ngư dân tại ngư trường, các tổ bỏ phiếu lưu động sẽ được thành lập để phát thùng phiếu cho cử tri đang đứng gác tại trạm trực và trên tàu đánh cá.
除了20个岛屿提前投票点外，长沙特区还有第14号和第01号投票点将于3月15日全国统一选举日当天举行投票。（完）
