在关山乡公共行政服务中心，民众只需使用智能手机登录电子身份账户，在公共服务门户网站上提交材料并跟踪办理进度。每次接收材料时，干部都会借此机会指导民众安装应用程序、认证账户并进行在线操作。

Tại thị trấn Zhiling, việc đưa vào hoạt động các trạm dịch vụ số và thiết bị đầu cuối dịch vụ công cộng AI tự phục vụ đã tạo điều kiện thuận lợi cho người dân tiếp cận các dịch vụ công trực tuyến.
