在庄严肃穆的氛围中，与会代表向英雄烈士上香和献花并默哀一分钟，深切缅怀为民族解放事业和越老两国独立与自由而英勇战斗和牺牲的英烈。
Trong không khí trang trọng, các đại biểu tại buổi mít tinh đã dâng hương, hoa tưởng niệm các anh hùng, liệt sĩ và dành một phút mặc niệm để tưởng nhớ sâu sắc các anh hùng đã chiến đấu, hy sinh anh dũng cho sự nghiệp giải phóng dân tộc, độc lập tự do của Việt Nam và Lào.
此次上香仪式具有重要而深刻的意义，对英雄烈士表达感恩之情，弘扬越南民族“饮水思源”、“知恩图报”的优良传统，同时也有助于提升越南驻老各代表机构干部和人员以及旅老越南人社群在传承和弘扬革命传统方面的认识与责任感，有助于继续培育越老两国伟大友谊、特殊团结、全面合作、战略对接的关系。
Lễ dâng hương này có ý nghĩa quan trọng và sâu sắc. Nó thể hiện lòng biết ơn các anh hùng, liệt sĩ, phát huy truyền thống tốt đẹp của dân tộc Việt Nam “uống nước nhớ nguồn”, “đả ơn”. Nó còn giúp nâng cao nhận thức, ý thức trách nhiệm của cán bộ, nhân viên Cơ quan đại diện Việt Nam tại Lào và cộng đồng người Việt Nam tại Lào trong kế thừa và phát huy truyền thống cách mạng. Nó cũng giúp tiếp tục vun đắp tình hữu nghị vĩ đại, đoàn kết đặc biệt, hợp tác toàn diện, gắn kết chiến lược giữa Việt Nam và Lào.
老挝—越南联军遗迹区记录了1946年1月22日的历史性胜利，纪念1946年1月在此英勇牺牲的28名越老两国英烈。（完）
