各成员国高度评价越南与韩国在2025年担任共同主席国的作用，为泰国和韩国继续推动合作的大方向奠定了基础，同时着手制定2027-2031年阶段的行动计划。

Phát biểu tại cuộc họp, Bộ trưởng Lê Hoài Trung nhấn mạnh, với tư cách là đồng Chủ tịch 2025, Việt Nam đã hợp tác chặt chẽ với Hàn Quốc và các nước Mê Kông để duy trì trao đổi cấp cao, nâng cao hiệu quả của Diễn đàn Doanh nghiệp Mê Kông-Hàn Quốc.
面对新的挑战与合作机遇，黎怀忠部长提出了三项建议，旨在拓展发展空间，为湄公河各国与韩国创造更多增长动力。
Trước những thách thức và cơ hội hợp tác mới, Bộ trưởng Lê Hoài Trung đưa ra 3 đề xuất nhằm mở rộng không gian phát triển, tạo thêm động lực tăng trưởng cho các nước Mê Kông và Hàn Quốc.
其一，《2027-2031年阶段行动计划》须确保重点突出、具可行性，并继续确立建设“以人为中心”的共同体愿景，符合湄公河—韩国战略伙伴关系的原则与目标。
Thứ nhất, “Kế hoạch hành động giai đoạn 2027-2031” phải bảo đảm có trọng tâm, khả thi, tiếp tục xác lập tầm nhìn xây dựng cộng đồng “lấy con người làm trung tâm”, phù hợp với các nguyên tắc và mục tiêu của quan hệ đối tác chiến lược Mekong-Hàn Quốc.
其二，湄公河—韩国合作须进一步优先推进跨国项目，特别是在水资源管理、应对气候变化、数字化转型和物流连接等领域，以在整个次区域产生辐射效应。
Thứ hai, hợp tác Mekong-Hàn Quốc phải ưu tiên hơn nữa các dự án xuyên quốc gia, đặc biệt trong các lĩnh vực như quản lý tài nguyên nước, ứng phó với biến đổi khí hậu, chuyển đổi kỹ thuật số và kết nối logistics, để tạo hiệu ứng lan tỏa khắp tiểu vùng.
其三，须将湄公河—韩国论坛建设成为定期对话机制，促进政府与研究人士、研究院及私营部门沟通，从而提出实用的政策建议以及具备资源筹措能力的项目构想。同时，黎怀忠部长还建议继续提高湄公河—韩国商务论坛和韩国—湄公河水资源中心的运营效率。
Thứ ba, Diễn đàn Mekong-Hàn Quốc phải được xây dựng thành một cơ chế đối thoại thường xuyên nhằm thúc đẩy giao tiếp giữa chính phủ với các nhà nghiên cứu, các viện nghiên cứu và khu vực tư nhân, nhằm đưa ra các khuyến nghị chính sách và ý tưởng dự án thiết thực với khả năng huy động nguồn lực. Đồng thời, Bộ trưởng Lê Hoài Trung cũng đề nghị tiếp tục nâng cao hiệu quả hoạt động của Diễn đàn doanh nghiệp Mekong-Hàn Quốc và Trung tâm Tài nguyên nước Mekong-Hàn Quốc.

Theo đó, các Bộ trưởng Ngoại giao đã đạt nhất trí về phương hướng xây dựng “Kế hoạch hành động giai đoạn 2027-2031”, tập trung vào các lĩnh vực ưu tiên như chuyển đổi số, nâng cao khả năng ứng phó với biến đổi khí hậu, nông nghiệp thông minh, phát triển nông thôn, du lịch và các ngành văn hóa.
