Theo Thông tấn xã Việt Nam, giai đoạn 2026-2030 được coi là giai đoạn then chốt để Việt Nam từng bước chuyển từ tham gia chuỗi cung ứng toàn cầu sang xây dựng hệ sinh thái công nghiệp bán dẫn hoàn chỉnh. Việt Nam hiện thu hút nhiều gã khổng lồ bán dẫn quốc tế như Marvell, Renesas, Infineon, Qualcomm, NVIDIA, doanh nghiệp Hàn Quốc Hana Micron và nhiều công ty tham gia thiết kế mạch tích hợp, đóng gói và thử nghiệm chip đến đầu tư vào Việt Nam. Theo dự báo từ công ty nghiên cứu thị trường ResearchAndMarkets, thị trường bán dẫn của Việt Nam dự kiến sẽ tăng thêm 2,22 tỷ USD từ năm 2025 đến năm 2030, với tốc độ tăng trưởng kép hàng năm (CAGR) khoảng 7,1%.

QTSC公司总经理陈友勇表示，胡志明市指示QTSC研究并提出新建集中式数字科技园区的整合技术基础设施、配套服务和创新生态系统的专业化发展模式。其中，半导体产业被确定为重点发展领域之一，力争打造涵盖研发（R&D）、集成电路设计、测试、封装、半导体制造以及配套产业供应链发展空间。

Singapore là một trong những nguồn đầu tư nước ngoài lớn nhất của Việt Nam trong nhiều năm qua, với hơn 4.500 dự án đầu tư hiện đang được triển khai tại Việt Nam. Ông Gao Xuân Sheng, Tham tán Thương mại Việt Nam tại Singapore cho biết, nhiều công ty Singapore không chỉ quan tâm đến việc mở rộng hiện diện kinh doanh tại Việt Nam mà còn hy vọng tìm được đối tác mạnh để hợp tác trong các lĩnh vực như thiết kế mạch tích hợp, đóng gói và thử nghiệm chip, nghiên cứu và phát triển (R&D), đào tạo nhân tài, xây dựng chuỗi cung ứng khu vực và toàn cầu.
论坛期间，QTSC与新加坡半导体产业协会（SSIA）签署了合作备忘录，实现越南半导体产业生态系统与新加坡及区域半导体企业网络的对接。双方将围绕投资促进、企业对接、研发、技术转移、人才培养以及拓展半导体领域国际合作等方面开展务实合作。
Tại diễn đàn, QTSC đã ký biên bản hợp tác với Hiệp hội Công nghiệp bán dẫn Singapore (SSIA) nhằm kết nối hệ sinh thái công nghiệp bán dẫn của Việt Nam với Singapore và mạng lưới doanh nghiệp bán dẫn trong khu vực. Hai bên sẽ tiến hành hợp tác thực chất trong các lĩnh vực như xúc tiến đầu tư, kết nối kinh doanh, nghiên cứu và phát triển, chuyển giao công nghệ, đào tạo nhân tài và mở rộng hợp tác quốc tế trong lĩnh vực bán dẫn.
