Theo Trung tâm Dự báo Khí tượng Thủy văn Quốc gia, chiều 21/7, vùng áp thấp nằm ở khoảng 13 độ vĩ Bắc và 135 độ Kinh Đông, cách Philippines khoảng 1.200 km về phía Đông.
