据金瓯省农业与环境厅海洋岛屿与渔检分局23日发布的消息，近日在该省香蕉岛和白石岛海域发现了两种珍稀珊瑚，分别为鹿角杯形珊瑚和团块滨珊瑚。这一发现对地方及全国的海洋生物多样性保护具有重要意义。
Theo thông tin đưa ra ngày 23 của Chi cục Kiểm tra hải đảo và nghề cá thuộc Sở Nông nghiệp và Môi trường tỉnh Cà Mau, mới đây, hai loài san hô quý hiếm đã được phát hiện tại vùng biển Đảo Chuối và Đảo Đá Trắng trên địa bàn tỉnh là Staghorn Cup Coral và Porites agglomerans. Phát hiện này có ý nghĩa quan trọng đối với việc bảo tồn đa dạng sinh học biển của địa phương và quốc gia.
据金瓯省海洋岛屿与渔检分局介绍，此次发现的两种珊瑚均被列入越南及世界特有种、濒危、珍稀物种名录。
Theo Chi cục Kiểm tra nghề cá và biển đảo tỉnh Cà Mau, hai loài san hô được phát hiện lần này được đưa vào danh mục loài đặc hữu, nguy cấp, quý hiếm ở Việt Nam và thế giới.
金瓯省海洋岛屿与渔检分局副局长裴日芳表示：“这是在自然中种群数量较少的物种，需要加以保护以维护生物多样性，不仅对金瓯省具有重要意义，还对越南乃至世界的生物多样性保护也具有意义。”
Ông Bùi Nhật Phương, Phó Chi cục trưởng Chi cục Kiểm tra hải đảo và nghề cá tỉnh Cà Mau cho biết: “Đây là loài có quần thể nhỏ trong tự nhiên, cần được bảo vệ để duy trì đa dạng sinh học. Nó có ý nghĩa rất lớn không chỉ đối với tỉnh Cà Mau mà còn đối với công tác bảo tồn đa dạng sinh học ở Việt Nam và thế giới”.
为加强珍稀海洋生物的管理和保护，金瓯省人民委员会批准投建省海洋保护区界标浮标项目，总投资额为180亿越盾。该项目将在海上安装200个专用浮标。
Nhằm tăng cường công tác quản lý, bảo vệ các loài sinh vật biển quý hiếm, UBND tỉnh Cà Mau đã phê duyệt xây dựng dự án phao báo hiệu khu bảo tồn biển cấp tỉnh với tổng vốn đầu tư 18 tỷ đồng. Dự án sẽ lắp đặt 200 phao chuyên dụng trên biển.
目前，海洋岛屿与渔检分局与相关单位密切配合，抓紧完善咨询和施工合同，力争在2026年内完工。投入运行后，浮标系统将为保护区的管理、生物多样性保护奠定坚实基础，同时有效防止对保护区分区范围内的非法侵入和破坏行为。
Hiện tại, Chi cục Kiểm tra nghề cá và hải đảo đang phối hợp chặt chẽ với các đơn vị liên quan để cải thiện hợp đồng tư vấn, xây dựng và phấn đấu hoàn thành dự án trong năm 2026. Sau khi đi vào hoạt động, hệ thống phao sẽ tạo nền tảng vững chắc cho công tác quản lý khu bảo tồn và bảo vệ đa dạng sinh học, đồng thời ngăn chặn hiệu quả sự xâm nhập và phá hoại trái phép trong khu bảo tồn.
金瓯省海洋保护区成立于2024年，总面积为27000公顷，包括：严格保护区2800公顷、生态恢复区11230公顷、服务—行政区3970公顷和缓冲区9000公顷。保护区范围涵盖薯岛、香蕉岛和白石岛等岛群，在维护祖国最南端海域生态平衡方面发挥着关键作用。（完）
Khu bảo tồn biển tỉnh Cà Mau được thành lập năm 2024 với tổng diện tích 27.000 ha, bao gồm: 2.800 ha khu bảo vệ nghiêm ngặt, 11.230 ha khu phục hồi sinh thái, 3.970 ha khu hành chính - dịch vụ và 9.000 ha vùng đệm.
