从一名学业成绩优异的留学生到澳大利亚越南学生协会主席，黄晋达正逐步将奉献精神转化为具体的项目，将在澳越南学生、研究生和年轻专家的知识更贴近国家发展需求。

Từ một sinh viên quốc tế có thành tích học tập xuất sắc đến Chủ tịch Hội Sinh viên Việt Nam tại Úc, Huang Jinda đang dần biến tâm huyết của mình thành những dự án cụ thể nhằm đưa kiến thức của sinh viên, nghiên cứu sinh và chuyên gia trẻ Việt Nam tại Úc đến gần hơn với nhu cầu phát triển của đất nước.

黄晋达虽然年纪轻轻，但取得了许多令人瞩目的成绩：获得全额博士奖学金、参与悉尼科技大学（UTS）的教学工作，并多年担任澳大利亚越南学生协会主席。当被问及在澳大利亚超过10年学习和工作历程中最难忘的是什么时，黄晋达没有过多谈论个人的成就，而他却提到了第一天来到悉尼越南学生社区的情景，随后成为新南威尔士州越南学生协会创始成员之一，以及将其扩展为澳大利亚越南学生协会。

Huang Jinda tuy còn trẻ nhưng đã đạt được nhiều thành tích ấn tượng: nhận học bổng toàn phần tiến sĩ, tham gia giảng dạy tại Đại học Công nghệ Sydney (UTS) và giữ chức chủ tịch Hội Sinh viên Úc Việt trong nhiều năm. Khi được hỏi điều đáng nhớ nhất trong hơn 10 năm học tập và làm việc tại Australia là gì, Huang Jinda không nói quá nhiều về thành tích cá nhân. Thay vào đó, anh đề cập đến ngày đầu tiên anh đến với cộng đồng sinh viên Việt Nam tại Sydney, sau đó trở thành một trong những thành viên sáng lập Hội Sinh viên Việt Nam New South Wales và mở rộng sang Hội Sinh viên Việt Nam Úc.

据黄晋达介绍，通过这些协会和团体，新生有机会结识前辈，聆听学习和工作经验。他认为，大部分在国外的越南留学生和年轻知识分子都怀有对祖国的感情。当他们有机会在一个发达国家学习和工作，接触到先进的管理模式、技术和思维方式时，许多人更加希望成为将国际知识和资源带回服务祖国的桥梁。

Theo Huang Jinda, thông qua các hiệp hội, nhóm này, các sinh viên mới có cơ hội gặp gỡ các tiền bối và lắng nghe kinh nghiệm học tập, làm việc của họ. Ông tin rằng hầu hết sinh viên Việt Nam và trí thức trẻ ở nước ngoài đều có tình cảm với quê hương. 在澳大利亚越南学生协会主席的岗位上，黄晋达确定一项重要任务是聚集越南研究生、专家和年轻知识分子队伍，从而建设一个渠道，为越南作出具体的贡献。

Trên cương vị Chủ tịch Hội Sinh viên Việt Nam tại Australia, ông Huang Jinda xác định nhiệm vụ quan trọng là tập hợp các nghiên cứu sinh, chuyên gia và trí thức trẻ Việt Nam để xây dựng kênh đóng góp cụ thể cho Việt Nam.

其中，值得一提的是，澳大利亚越南创新网络（NIC AU）的诞生，旨在聚集科学家、研究生和年轻专家，为他们创造了经验分享、提出倡议并将研究课题与国内实际需求相连接的环境。

2024年，澳大利亚越南学生协会举办了关于可持续发展治理和ESG标准的研讨会，连接专家与越南中小企业。2025年底，一场专为在澳越南研究生举办的科学研究竞赛在河内举行，由学术界和国家管理机构参与评审。今年6月，澳大利亚越南青年知识分子论坛继续扩大交流平台，重点关注半导体、医疗AI、自动化和康复等领域的项目。

Năm 2024, Hội Sinh viên Việt Nam Australia tổ chức tọa đàm về quản trị bền vững và tiêu chuẩn ESG nhằm kết nối chuyên gia với các doanh nghiệp vừa và nhỏ Việt Nam. Cuối năm 2025, một cuộc thi nghiên cứu khoa học dành riêng cho nghiên cứu sinh Việt Nam tại Australia sẽ được tổ chức tại Hà Nội, với sự tham gia giám khảo của giới học thuật và cơ quan quản lý quốc gia. Vào tháng 6 năm nay, Diễn đàn Trí thức trẻ Australia-Việt Nam tiếp tục mở rộng nền tảng truyền thông, tập trung vào các dự án trong lĩnh vực bán dẫn, AI y tế, tự động hóa và phục hồi chức năng.

谈及这些活动，黄晋达没有过多强调参赛作品数量或奖项。他更关心的是论坛结束后那些创意将如何得到发展。他说：“这些活动不应仅仅停留在比赛或颁奖典礼上。重要的是要建立连接，使这些想法能够发展为真正对国家有价值的产品。”

Khi nói về những hoạt động này, Huang Jinda không đặt nặng quá nhiều vào số lượng bài dự thi hay giải thưởng. Anh quan tâm hơn đến việc những ý tưởng đó sẽ được phát triển như thế nào sau khi diễn đàn kết thúc. “Những sự kiện này không chỉ dừng lại ở các cuộc thi hay lễ trao giải. Điều quan trọng là phải tạo ra sự kết nối để những ý tưởng này có thể được phát triển thành những sản phẩm thực sự có giá trị cho đất nước”, ông nói.

黄晋达希望今后建立一个在澳越南专家和科学家的数据库，以便在收到来自越南的需求时，澳大利亚越南学生协会和其他相关学术网络能够快速对接正确的专家和领域。

Huang Jinda hy vọng trong tương lai sẽ thiết lập được cơ sở dữ liệu về các chuyên gia, nhà khoa học Việt Nam tại Úc để khi nhận được yêu cầu từ Việt Nam, Hội Sinh viên Việt Nam Úc và các mạng lưới học thuật liên quan có thể nhanh chóng kết nối với các chuyên gia, lĩnh vực phù hợp.
