Theo Thông tấn xã Việt Nam, Thứ trưởng Trần Quốc Bằng cho biết tại lễ ký kết, tổng giá trị 2 dự án đạt 60 triệu euro; ông cũng nhắc lại rằng Chính phủ Đức, thông qua KfW (KfW), là một trong những nhà tài trợ viện trợ song phương lớn nhất của Việt Nam, đồng thời khẳng định Chính phủ Đức chú trọng tăng cường quan hệ đối tác chiến lược với Việt Nam.
陈国方副部长强调，“越方珍视并高度评价德国政府通过KfW提供的宝贵支持。今天签署的两个项目对安江、嘉莱和广治等地方都具有重要意义，积极支持越南经济社会发展，重点集中在增强气候变化适应能力、减少自然灾害风险、改善困难地区民众生活等领域。”
Thứ trưởng Trần Quốc Fong nhấn mạnh "Việt Nam trân trọng và đánh giá cao sự hỗ trợ quý báu của Chính phủ Đức thông qua KfW. Hai dự án được ký kết hôm nay có ý nghĩa rất lớn đối với các địa phương như An Giang, Gia Lai và Quảng Trị, đồng thời hỗ trợ tích cực cho sự phát triển kinh tế - xã hội của Việt Nam, tập trung vào các lĩnh vực như tăng cường khả năng thích ứng với biến đổi khí hậu, giảm thiểu rủi ro thiên tai và cải thiện đời sống người dân ở những vùng khó khăn".
陈国方副部长建议各项目管理机构和投资方抓紧指导相关单位按照与援助方承诺的进度实施。财政部承诺将继续与越南各部委和地方协调配合，积极推进各项目取得最佳成效。
Thứ trưởng Chen Guofang đề nghị tất cả các cơ quan quản lý dự án và nhà đầu tư cần kịp thời hướng dẫn các đơn vị liên quan triển khai theo tiến độ mà các nhà tài trợ đã cam kết. Bộ Tài chính hứa hẹn sẽ tiếp tục phối hợp với các bộ, ngành, địa phương ở Việt Nam tích cực thúc đẩy các dự án đạt kết quả tốt nhất.
财政部也希望继续得到德国政府，特别是德国驻越大使馆和德国复兴信贷银行（KfW）的大力支持与密切合作，以有效落实这些项目的资金，为提高德国贷款资金使用效率作出贡献。
Bộ Tài chính cũng mong muốn tiếp tục nhận được sự hỗ trợ mạnh mẽ và hợp tác chặt chẽ từ Chính phủ Đức, đặc biệt là Đại sứ quán Đức tại Việt Nam và KfW để triển khai hiệu quả nguồn vốn cho các dự án này và góp phần nâng cao hiệu quả sử dụng vốn vay của Đức.

赫尔加·玛加丽特·巴特大使表示，6000万欧元是过去10年来德国政府通过KfW向越南承诺的最大一笔资金。这是旨在支持九龙三角洲沿海地区和西原地区社区保护和可持续管理自然生态系统的两个项目。
Đại sứ Helga Margaret Butt cho biết, 60 triệu euro là số tiền lớn nhất mà Chính phủ Đức cam kết dành cho Việt Nam thông qua KfW trong 10 năm qua. Đây là hai dự án nhằm hỗ trợ cộng đồng vùng ven biển Đồng bằng Cửu Long và vùng Đồng bằng phía Tây bảo vệ và quản lý bền vững hệ sinh thái tự nhiên.
在工作会谈中，双方承诺确保资金得到有效使用、专款专用、惠及受援民众，遵守全球承诺，并本着合作精神继续密切配合，共同有效落实协议。（完）
