自7月20日起，在内排国际机场T2航站楼乘坐越南国家航空公司（Vietnam Airlines）国际航班的旅客可通过自助服务终端机自行办理值机和行李托运手续。

该系统由越南国家航空公司与内排国际机场联合试点部署，是该航司数字化转型路线图中的又一举措，旨在实现值机方式多元化，逐步完善旅客从地面到空中的全流程、自动化闭环数字体验。

此前，越航已在新山一T3航站楼、岘港、顺化富牌等机场以及新加坡樟宜、德国法兰克福、日本福冈和名古屋等国际机场有效开展自助值机和自助行李托运服务。
Trước đó, Vietnam Airlines đã triển khai hiệu quả dịch vụ tự làm thủ tục và tự ký gửi hành lý tại nhà ga T3 Tân Sơn Nhất, Đà Nẵng, Huế Phú Bài và các sân bay quốc tế khác cũng như các sân bay quốc tế như Singapore Changi, Frankfurt, Đức, Fukuoka và Nagoya, Nhật Bản.
旅客可于航班起飞前6小时至60分钟通过自助值机终端机办理值机手续，并可于航班起飞前3小时至50分钟自行办理行李托运。该系统设于T2航站楼A-B值机岛及A01、A02两个值机柜台，适用于持有完整有效旅行证件且无需特殊服务的旅客。
Hành khách có thể tự làm thủ tục tại các nhà ga làm thủ tục tự phục vụ từ 6 giờ đến 60 phút trước khi chuyến bay khởi hành và có thể tự mình ký gửi hành lý từ 3 giờ đến 50 phút trước khi chuyến bay khởi hành. Hệ thống được bố trí tại đảo làm thủ tục A-B và quầy làm thủ tục A01, A02 tại Nhà ga T2. Nó phù hợp cho những hành khách có giấy tờ thông hành đầy đủ, hợp lệ và không yêu cầu các dịch vụ đặc biệt.
旅客可在自助终端机完成值机、打印登机牌和行李标签，随后自行粘贴行李标签，并在自助行李托运柜台办理托运。完成后，旅客可直接前往出境区。使用自助终端机过程中，越南国家航空公司工作人员随时提供必要协助。
Hành khách có thể hoàn tất thủ tục, in thẻ lên máy bay và thẻ hành lý tại nhà ga tự phục vụ, sau đó tự dán thẻ hành lý và làm thủ tục tại quầy làm thủ tục hành lý tự phục vụ. Sau khi hoàn tất, hành khách có thể đi thẳng đến khu vực khởi hành. Khi sử dụng nhà ga tự phục vụ, nhân viên Vietnam Airlines sẽ hỗ trợ cần thiết bất cứ lúc nào.
