阮重庆先生表示，在新的发展阶段，越南旅游业明确将加快实现从数量增长向质量提升的转变，并把可持续发展作为行业发展的总体导向。
Ông Nguyễn Trùng Khánh cho rằng, trong giai đoạn phát triển mới, ngành du lịch Việt Nam rõ ràng sẽ đẩy nhanh quá trình chuyển đổi từ tăng trưởng về số lượng sang nâng cao chất lượng và coi phát triển bền vững là định hướng phát triển chung của ngành.
与此同时，越南还将依托文化资源、自然资源和地方特色，着力打造高附加值旅游产品，进一步延长游客停留时间，提高旅游消费水平，提升游客旅游体验。
Đồng thời, Việt Nam cũng sẽ dựa vào tài nguyên văn hóa, tài nguyên thiên nhiên và đặc điểm địa phương để tạo ra các sản phẩm du lịch có giá trị gia tăng cao nhằm kéo dài thời gian lưu trú của khách du lịch, tăng mức tiêu dùng du lịch và nâng cao trải nghiệm du lịch của khách du lịch.

Tiềm năng hợp tác du lịch giữa Việt Nam và Bhutan rất lớn và còn nhiều không gian hợp tác trong tương lai. Cả hai nước đều có di sản văn hóa đặc sắc, đa số người dân tin vào Phật giáo, tạo điều kiện thuận lợi cho phát triển du lịch trải nghiệm văn hóa, du lịch tâm linh và các sản phẩm liên quan khác.
越南拥有丰富多样的旅游资源体系，海岸线长达3200公里，以及众多具有突出价值的自然风景以及文化和自然遗产。基于这些优势，《越南旅游发展战略》确定了四大重点旅游产品类型，包括海洋和岛屿旅游、文化旅游、生态旅游以及城市旅游。
Việt Nam có hệ thống tài nguyên du lịch phong phú và đa dạng với đường bờ biển dài 3.200 km cùng nhiều cảnh quan thiên nhiên và di sản văn hóa, thiên nhiên có giá trị nổi bật. Dựa trên những lợi thế đó, “Chiến lược phát triển du lịch Việt Nam” xác định 4 loại sản phẩm du lịch trọng điểm gồm du lịch biển đảo, du lịch văn hóa, du lịch sinh thái và du lịch đô thị.

此外，两国在农业和社区旅游方面的优势，也为双方扩展乡村旅游可持续发展合作带来了更多机遇。目前，越南已有5个村庄入选联合国旅游组织评选的“全球最佳旅游乡村”，充分展现了越南坚持推动旅游发展与文化遗产保护、促进社区居民增收相结合所取得的积极成果。
Ngoài ra, lợi thế của hai nước về nông nghiệp và du lịch cộng đồng cũng mang lại nhiều cơ hội hơn cho hai bên để mở rộng hợp tác phát triển bền vững du lịch nông thôn. Hiện, 5 ngôi làng ở Việt Nam đã được Tổ chức Du lịch Liên hợp quốc bình chọn là “Làng du lịch đẹp nhất thế giới”, thể hiện đầy đủ những kết quả tích cực đạt được khi Việt Nam kiên trì kết hợp phát triển du lịch với bảo vệ di sản văn hóa và tăng thu nhập cho người dân cộng đồng.

不丹旅游局局长Damcho Rinzin表示，目前赴不丹旅游的越南游客约为2000人次，规模仍较为有限，主要以心灵文化体验游为主。不丹希望进一步加强与越南在旅游领域的合作，推动两国游客双向流动，实现旅游交流持续发展。
Damcho Rinzin, Giám đốc Tổng cục Du lịch Bhutan cho biết, hiện có khoảng 2.000 du khách Việt Nam đến thăm Bhutan, quy mô còn tương đối hạn chế, chủ yếu dành cho các tour trải nghiệm văn hóa tâm linh. Bhutan mong muốn tăng cường hơn nữa hợp tác với Việt Nam trong lĩnh vực du lịch, thúc đẩy dòng khách du lịch hai chiều từ hai nước và đạt được sự phát triển bền vững trong trao đổi du lịch.

为进一步促进两国旅游交流与游客双向往来，越南国家旅游局局长阮重庆建议，双方研究推动签署旅游合作谅解备忘录，进一步加强旅游考察团、媒体代表团互访以及旅游信息交流。同时，双方可共同向有关主管部门提出建议，在条件成熟时研究开通直达航线，为两国人员往来提供更多便利，进一步促进游客双向流动。
Để thúc đẩy hơn nữa giao lưu du lịch và giao lưu du lịch hai chiều giữa hai nước, ông Nguyễn Trùng Khánh, Cục trưởng Tổng cục Du lịch Việt Nam, đề nghị hai bên nghiên cứu, thúc đẩy ký kết Biên bản ghi nhớ về hợp tác du lịch, tăng cường hơn nữa trao đổi đoàn thanh tra du lịch, đoàn báo chí, trao đổi thông tin du lịch. Đồng thời, hai bên có thể cùng nhau đề xuất với các cơ quan liên quan và nghiên cứu mở các đường bay thẳng khi có điều kiện chín muồi nhằm tạo thuận lợi hơn cho trao đổi nhân sự giữa hai nước và thúc đẩy hơn nữa dòng khách du lịch hai chiều.

Về kết nối hàng không, hai bên sẽ cùng phát triển các sản phẩm du lịch trung học kỹ thuật liên tuyến dựa trên Biên bản ghi nhớ về hợp tác hàng không dân dụng ký năm 2025, tích cực thúc đẩy các chuyến bay thuê chuyến trực tiếp theo mùa và khuyến khích các hãng hàng không của hai nước thực hiện hợp tác liên doanh.
在专项旅游产品开发方面，双方一致同意进一步丰富符合两国市场需求的旅游产品，重点关注休闲度假和健康养生旅游等新兴趋势。
Về phát triển các sản phẩm du lịch đặc biệt, hai bên nhất trí tiếp tục làm phong phú thêm các sản phẩm du lịch đáp ứng nhu cầu thị trường của hai nước, tập trung vào các xu hướng mới nổi như kỳ nghỉ dưỡng và du lịch chăm sóc sức khỏe.
对于来自不丹的客源，越南旅游业将重点推介越南心灵修养旅游产品，包括以安子、长安、拜订寺、香寺为代表的心灵文化旅游线路，以及融合禅修体验、佛教交流的旅游项目；同时推广梅州、浦良、沙巴、黄树肥（Hoàng Su Phì）等地的社区旅游线路，以及以菊芳国家公园、风芽-盖板国家公园、吉仙国家公园为代表的负责任生态旅游产品。
Đối với du khách đến từ Bhutan, ngành du lịch Việt Nam sẽ tập trung quảng bá các sản phẩm du lịch tu dưỡng tâm linh của Việt Nam, trong đó có các tuyến du lịch văn hóa tâm linh như An Tử, Tràng An, chùa Bái Đính và chùa Xiong cũng như các dự án du lịch tích hợp trải nghiệm thiền định và giao lưu Phật giáo; đồng thời sẽ quảng bá các tuyến du lịch cộng đồng ở Mai Châu, Urang, Sapa, Hoàng Su Phì và các địa điểm khác, cũng như các sản phẩm du lịch sinh thái có trách nhiệm như Vườn quốc gia Ju Phương, Vườn quốc gia Phong Nha-Ge Bàn và Vườn quốc gia Cát Tiên.
