Với chủ đề “Mọi thứ bạn cần - Kiến thức, Công nghệ, Cung ứng và Kết nối”, diễn đàn dự kiến sẽ quy tụ gần 100 đơn vị triển lãm thiết bị công nghệ cũng như nhiều công ty, chuyên gia, nhà quản lý trong và ngoài nước. Hơn 40 báo cáo và thảo luận đặc biệt sẽ được tổ chức trong sự kiện, thu hút khoảng 55 diễn giả đến từ 20 quốc gia, tập trung vào ứng dụng AI, quản lý khách sạn, tối ưu hóa doanh thu, bán hàng và tiếp thị, phát triển bền vững, dịch vụ ăn uống (F&B) và phát triển nguồn nhân lực.
