根据计划，河内将发展重点夜间经济区，实行特殊扶持政策，按功能分区划分。其中，文化遗产夜间经济区包括还剑、南门、巴亭、山西、朔山；现代娱乐夜间经济区包括西湖—西湖西、美亭、东英；与文化产业相关的创意夜间经济区及郊区、手工艺村的度假—文化体验夜间经济区，如钵场、巴维、香山。
Theo quy hoạch, Hà Nội sẽ phát triển các khu kinh tế ban đêm trọng điểm, thực hiện các chính sách hỗ trợ đặc biệt và phân chia theo các khu chức năng. Trong đó, khu kinh tế đêm di sản văn hóa gồm Hoàn Kiếm, Nam Môn, Ba Đình, Sơn Tây, Sóc Sơn; khu kinh tế đêm giải trí hiện đại gồm Hồ Tây - Hồ Tây, Mỹ Đình, Đông Anh; khu kinh tế đêm sáng tạo liên quan đến công nghiệp văn hóa và khu kinh tế đêm trải nghiệm văn hóa nghỉ dưỡng ở ngoại thành và các làng nghề như Bát Chang, Ba Vì, Hương Sơn.
为支持夜间经济发展，河内将打造具有象征意义的夜间经济线路，与首都遗产、文化、美食和特色城市空间相结合，如“升龙四镇”体验线路；宋唯新、谢现美食街等。
Để hỗ trợ phát triển kinh tế ban đêm, Hà Nội sẽ hình thành các tuyến kinh tế ban đêm mang tính biểu tượng, gắn kết với di sản, văn hóa, ẩm thực và không gian đô thị đặc trưng của Thủ đô như tuyến trải nghiệm “Thăng Long Tứ trấn”; Song Dui Tan, Phố ẩm thực Xie Xian, v.v.
该市同时组织并有效运营夜间经济发展的文化产业中心、文化创意空间，包括同春—北瓜区域、南门坊、西湖、东英；钵场古村生态博物馆商文旅发展区；越南各民族文化旅游村。
Thành phố cũng tổ chức, vận hành hiệu quả các trung tâm công nghiệp văn hóa, không gian văn hóa sáng tạo phục vụ phát triển kinh tế ban đêm, gồm khu Đồng Xuân - Bắc Cửa, Nam Ô, Hồ Tây, Đông Anh; Khu phát triển kinh doanh, văn hóa và du lịch làng cổ Bag Chang; và Làng du lịch văn hóa các dân tộc Việt Nam.
夜间经济区将投资升级基础设施，推进数字化转型，延长吉灵—河东城市铁路线和仁—河内站线（完工后）在周末、节假日的运营时间，组织补贴公交线路连接夜间娱乐区。
Khu kinh tế đêm sẽ đầu tư nâng cấp cơ sở hạ tầng, đẩy mạnh chuyển đổi số, kéo dài thời gian hoạt động của tuyến đường sắt đô thị Cát Linh - Hà Đông và tuyến ga Nhân - Hà Nội (sau khi hoàn thành) vào cuối tuần, ngày lễ và tổ chức các tuyến xe buýt trợ giá để kết nối với khu vui chơi giải trí về đêm.
