据国家气象水文预报中心消息，河内地区局部有阵雨和雷阵雨，白天阳光时有间断。胡志明市局部有阵雨和雷阵雨，尤其在下午和傍晚时段将出现分散性阵雨和雷阵雨，局地有大雨。
Theo Trung tâm Dự báo Khí tượng Thủy văn Quốc gia, Hà Nội sẽ có mưa rào và giông cục bộ, nắng rải rác trong ngày. TP.HCM sẽ có mưa rào, giông cục bộ, đặc biệt vào buổi chiều và tối. Sẽ có mưa rào rải rác và mưa dông kèm theo mưa lớn cục bộ.
海上方面，7月17日白天和夜间，从庆和至胡志明市海域以及东海中部海域西部方向将出现5级西南风，局部可达6级，阵风7-8级，海况较为恶劣，浪高1.5-3米。
Trên biển, trong ngày đêm 17/7 có gió Tây Nam cấp 5 từ Khánh Hòa đến TP.HCM và hướng Tây Trung Bộ Biển Hoa Đông, có nơi cấp 6, giật cấp 7-8, điều kiện biển tương đối khắc nghiệt, cao sóng 1,5-3 mét.
河内地区： 多云，局部有阵雨和雷阵雨，白天阳光间断。微风。最低气温：27-29℃。最高气温：32-34℃。
Khu vực Hà Nội: Nhiều mây, có mưa rào và dông rải rác, nắng rải rác trong ngày. gió nhẹ. Nhiệt độ tối thiểu: 27-29oC. Nhiệt độ tối đa: 32-34oC.
西北部地区： 多云，有中到大雨并伴有雷阵雨，局地有暴雨（降雨主要集中在早晨、傍晚和夜间）。微风。雷雨时可能出现龙卷风、闪电、冰雹和强风。最低气温：24-27℃，西北地区22-24℃，局地低于22℃。最高气温：31-34℃；西北地区及老街省26-29℃，局地高于29℃。
Vùng Tây Bắc: Nhiều mây, có mưa vừa đến to, kèm theo mưa dông, mưa to cục bộ (lượng mưa tập trung chủ yếu vào buổi sáng, chiều và đêm). gió nhẹ. Lốc xoáy, sét, mưa đá và gió mạnh có thể xảy ra khi có giông bão. Nhiệt độ tối thiểu: 24-27°C, 22-24°C ở Tây Bắc, có nơi thấp hơn 22°C. Nhiệt độ tối đa: 31-34oC; 26-29°C ở khu vực Tây Bắc và tỉnh Lào Cai, có nơi cao hơn 29°C.
